We reached out to our community on Facebook to ask them what they achieved in their 12WBT.

12 short weeks ago, our recent team of 12WBTers made a tough decision: stay the same, or challenge themselves and grow. They took the leap and decided to challenge themselves and see what their AMAZING looked like – whether that was to lose weight, gain muscle or run 10km (or longer). They took it upon themselves to be the BEST version of themselves. Here are some of their amazing achievements.
