A program to suit your goals
WEIGHTLOSS
If you're ready to shed or just want to lose the last few kilos, 12WBT has various program levels from beginner to advanced. We recommend completing the Fitness Test at the beginning of your Round to give you a better gauge as to which level you should be doing.
Choose a fitness level program that suits you: Move, Move 2, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Fit for Fifty.
RUNNING
Learn the benefits of running and get the motivation and drive to SMASH your personal best. Each program is designed to help you to achieve your goal distance, increase your fitness, tone up and lose or maintain your weight without the risk of overtraining.
Find programs for those who want to learn to run, and beginner to advanced plans for those training for 10km or Marathon levels.
LEAN & STRONG
Tone and shape your body using the latest, most effective strength training techniques. This program aims to activate your muscles and increase your lean muscle mass. You'll use weights and body weight exercises to improve your strength, definition and shape.
PREGNANCY
Safe exercise and nutrition plans that are specifically designed especially for 'Mums to Be' so you're fit and healthy during this special time. Easily increase or decrease the intensity based on your current level and advice from your doctor.
POST BABY
Get back into activity with our safe and realistic post pregnancy plan. Designed for the new mum in mind, this program aims to re-awaken and strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. It offers a great way to regain your strength and ‘you time’.
Nutrition
Healthy food can taste great
Follow your customisable 12 week Meal Plan designed for you by my accredited practising dieticians. There are more than 1,300 delicious recipes available at your fingertips!
Fitness
Something for everyone
Follow your tailored 12 week workout plan designed based on your specific goals. You’ll enjoy hundreds of exercise videos and tips, including express workouts.
