Express Workouts

We've created a selection of Express Workouts, short 10-30 minute workouts, focussed, fast, and fun! Squeeze one in on those days you don't have time to train. Stack them together for a variety of results driven workouts. Or even add them onto the end of your regular workout for a boost.

Workout Videos

Access to the 12WBT online library of Workout Videos, including Boxing, Cardio, Barbell, Yoga and Pilates – do them anywhere, anytime. Plus, you can access the Video Gallery and extensive Exercise Index demonstrating the form and technique of every exercise in your plan, so you know you’re doing each move correctly.


Workout Player

The Workout Player is a great feature that will guide you through your daily workout. It provides clear instructions and a countdown of reps and times. Simply choose the workout you want to do, click on ‘Start workout’ to begin.


How-To Videos

You’ll have access to the library of Mish’s Tips that cover fitness topics like best pre-workout stretches, correct form on gym machines, and exercising when you’re unwell.

No stress, the workouts are not an essential part of our program, 
we just recommend it for best results.
