- 1 Pieces Wholemeal Mountain Bread (25g)
- 40g Avocado
- 2 Leaves Cos Lettuce (10g)
- 1/2 Tomato (84g), finely chopped
- 1/4 Red Onion (37g), thinly sliced
- 75g Lean Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander (3g)
- 1 Drops Tabasco Sauce (0.5g)
- Cut mountain bread in half. Spread each piece with avocado.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken and coriander. Add a splash of Tabasco.
- Roll up to enclose filling and serve.
