Turmeric Latte

This recognisable ‘golden’ drink is not just pretty, but is also full of health benefits. How? Curcumin, the ingredient in turmeric that is responsible for its golden colour, has important antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and healing properties. It has been shown to protect the liver from toxins, lower cholesterol, reduce menstrual pain and help with rheumatoid arthritis.
