Samantha (aka sammy_west)
What was the best part of taking part in the 12WBT September round? Having all my meals for the week planned out, and knowing what and how to do the workouts each day. Also the food choice is amazing and I just love the 12WBT app.

What is the most important thing you learned as part of your 12WBT journey? The most important thing I learned as part of my 12 week journey was that small changes in habits and lifestyle lead to the transformation.
What health achievement are you most proud of? It’s definitely the level of fitness I have been able to reach in such a short period of time along with a substantial weight loss. This means that I am able to enjoy an active lifestyle with my family much more.
What fitness achievement are you most proud of? I found the Mini Milestone fitness testing such a valuable part of the 12WBT. I really enjoyed the challenges and wanted to out do myself each time. My body responded really well to exercise in such a dramatic and positive way. I love it!
Guido (aka Gweeds)
What was the best part of taking part in 12WBT September round? It was getting into the groove of exercising. With 12WBT I had a program to download, print and go to the gym with. All I had to do is start the warm up and I knew that the exercises were there for me. It was hard, but also simple.
What is the most important thing you learned as part of your 12WBT journey? I was one of those who believed that ‘my body just doesn’t want to get thinner’. I learned that’s not true. I remember watching a video from Michelle saying that she didn’t see a body type yet that didn’t respond to lowering calories and increasing exercise and that’s what happened with me.
What health achievement are you most proud of i.e weight loss, body shape? Weight loss and body shape is important, but at my age it was to finally bring down my blood pressure to a normal level for the first time in years. I went to my regular check up with my cardiologist and he was effusive in congratulating me for my efforts.
