Wow! What a month I’ve had. It’s been seriously CRAZY!! Now I’ve got a second to take a breather, I want to share what I’ve been up to. Here goes …

My 12WBTers Hit One Million Kilos Lost!

First things first: my 12WBTers have lost ONE MILLION KILOS!!! It still gets my head spinning. What a milestone! I am so proud of all my 12WBT family who’ve run, jumped, burpeed and push-upped their way to the big ONE MILLION!! I got to visit Seven’s Sunrise and share the big news with Georgie Gardner (above) too!

We Walked (and Ran) the Mother’s Day Classic!

I was so proud to be involved in the Mother’s Day Classic again this year to raise money for breast cancer research – what a ripping good cause. If you missed the blog post, check it out. I was in Sydney on the day to sound the starter’s siren and get among it – including a live cross to Seven’s Sunrise!

I Was an (Almost) Naked Cover Girl

You may have seen I got naked for Women’s Health magazine – well, my face got naked! Ha! The mag’s editor approached me and asked whether I’d consider going on the cover with no make-up and no retouching! It was part of the #nomakeupselfie campaign, in which women around the globe posted selfies sans make-up to raise funds for cancer research and organisations like Cancer Council Australia.

I’m not going to lie – I did have to think about it – but for me it’s so important to show women, especially young girls, that reality is not all cover girls and glamour. It’s a lot more real than that. And I’m so glad I did it!

I Got My Groove On With New Workout Videos

Now, I don’t consider myself a dancer, but I can say that making these new workout videos was SO MUCH FUN (even though I was downright nervous about being on stage with the pros!!). We’ve made two new videos – Dance Like Nobody is Watching and the Move Chair workout. They’ll be released to my 12WBTers on June 12 in your program, so stick that date in your diary and get ready to bust a move!!!

I was so happy to help promote and join in the RSPCA Million Paws Walk. You know what they say in showbiz, “Never work with children or animals.” Well, I broke that rule! Check out the video below!

We filmed a new TV commercial too, so stay tuned for that!
