I Launched My Range With Blackmores!
I’m so bloody excited to have created my own line of nutritional supplements and food products. You know I’m all about a healthy, balanced diet to get the bulk of your nutritional needs, but some days you need a helping hand – so I approached Blackmores, and the rest is history! The range has only the products I think are most important – no unnecessary stuff here – including a multivitamin, protein bites, breakfast sprinkle and protein powder. I Pumped Some Serious Iron!
I was so proud of squatting 75 WHOPPING KILOS that I had to Instagram it … duh! And yes, I managed to do THREE in a row! It’s amazing what you can do when you really put your mind to it – and as you can see, this was no walk in the park!
I Talked Working Out, Healthy Living and Ancient Grains
I got down to the nitty gritty of some hot topics in my newspaper column. I talked all about ancient grains and how to make the most of your workout even if your time is limited – trust me, it happens to me a LOT! I also wrote about why exercise and healthy living is ALWAYS worth it, even when you might think it’s not.

My new book ‘Total Body Transformation’ is STILL on The New York Times Nonfiction Best Seller list. Whoo hoo!! Since my first best seller ‘Crunch Time’ was published, I’ve been blown away by so many people totally transforming their lives, so I thought it was about time to bring that book bang up to date – with a stack of new recipes, menu plans and info!

My Basil & Walnut Pesto Spaghetti With Roast Tomatoes & Butternut Squash recipe was a hit with OK! Magazine USA when they published it in their 30 Days of Summer Meals. Loved what they said about me: “We can totally get behind a fitness expert who promotes a pasta dish.” Too right – no fad diets here!
